The concern is family run, and has never disappointed the expectations of those who want to steer clear

of modernist stereotypes.

 

Set deep amidst olive groves, my 300 metres altitude offer you enviable scenery,

safeguarded by 60 hectares of tended meadows.

Water and electricity are provided by the public facilities of the medieval village 2 kilometres away.

 

My guests enjoy large spaces where children can play and grown ups have paths to walk or go cycling along. Excellent connections to the Italian road system. Highly appreciated, the layout of the swimming pool area with its two-level solarium ensuring peace and quiet for guests.

 

An outstanding place name and – something not to be ignored – closeness to the most attractive cities: Florence, Perugia, Arezzo, Pienza, Assisi, Montepulciano, Siena, Orvieto, Cortona,

all can be reached in a 20 to 60 minutes' drive.

 

Guests will also be excited to be able to reach the famous Chianti,

Val di Chiana and Val d'Orcia areas in acceptable time.
